If a product does not work out for any reason, you have 15 days to make contact with us and ship it back. Each item must be in new and sellable condition.
If the above criteria is met, you may happily send it back for an exchange or store credit.
**PLEASE DO NOT SHIP THE ITEMS BACK UNPROTECTED.**
INSTRUCTIONS: Include the original packing slip along with any communication you've had with HTFU via email. Please notate on the packing slip and or email communication what we will be exchanging the item for or to whom we will be issuing a store credit to. Once we receive the item(s) in question, your order will be processed immediately.

Due to the limited number of items we make per design, we do not offer refunds. We are more than happy however to exchage that item or issue store credit as outlined above. Shipping and handling fees are separate charges.
